Twinkle from Tappers and Pointers is a two layered, two coloured nylon tutu. White base trimmed in pink and a pink petal edged top layer trimmed with holographic sequins. A lovely addition to any leotard (sold seperately). Loose comfortable elasticated waistband that is very stretchy. Only available in childrens, to fit size range 00 - 2's.
